Bitdefender Scan settings vs. Quarantined Items – “Disinfect” can delete False positive detections!

This setting was ignored, during a false positive detection, and the file was deleted with no copy in Quarantine:

This statement is in the Administrator’s manual:

“This is the expected behavior of the “Disinfect” action”

So, now I change the Policy settings from “disinfect” to “quarantine” under: Contextual Scan, External device Scan, and Scan tasks to prevent false positives in mission critical apps from being deleted!  These settings are applied to both On-Demand and On-Access:
